What services does CM Beyer offer in North America?
We operate three divisions in the US — CMB Insight (marketing strategy and research), CMB Amplify (advertising and creative), and CMB Core (business management consulting). How do I request a proposal?
Use the Proposal Request form or email contact@cmbeyer.com. We will arrange an initial conversation to understand your needs, followed by a written proposal with defined scope, deliverables, and fixed USD pricing.
Is sales tax included in your pricing?
Quoted fees are exclusive of any applicable state and local sales tax. Wyoming does not impose sales tax on professional consulting services for clients outside the state, but rules vary — we will confirm tax treatment based on the client’s location in the engagement letter.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Our US clients range from early-stage startups to established SMEs. We structure engagements to be proportionate to the client’s size and budget. Most engagements start from approximately US$2,500 for a defined-scope project; ongoing retained support typically starts from US$1,000 per month.
How is my information handled under the CCPA/CPRA?
We handle personal information in accordance with the CCPA/CPRA and other applicable US state privacy laws. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. You can exercise your privacy rights at any time by emailing privacy@cmbeyer.com or using our Privacy Request form.
How do I raise a complaint?
Use the Complaint form or email support@cmbeyer.com. We acknowledge complaints within 10 business days and aim to resolve them within 45 days. Privacy complaints may also be escalated to your state Attorney General or the FTC.
Where are you based?
Our US office is at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #32543, Casper WY 82609, USA. Our UK parent CM Beyer Limited is at Suite 53C Unimix House, Abbey Road, London NW10 7TR.
Do you serve Canada and Mexico, or just the US?
Our Wyoming entity is set up to serve clients across the United States primarily. We can take on engagements with Canadian and Mexican clients on a case-by-case basis, subject to confirmation of any local regulatory or tax obligations. For substantial Canadian work we partner with local specialists familiar with PIPEDA and provincial law.
