Quoted fees are exclusive of any applicable state and local sales tax. Wyoming does not impose sales tax on professional consulting services for clients outside the state, but rules vary. We will confirm tax treatment for your location in the engagement letter.

Yes. Our US clients range from early-stage startups to established SMEs. We structure engagements to be proportionate to the client’s size and budget. Most engagements start from approximately US$2,500 for a defined-scope project. Ongoing retained support typically starts from US$1,000 per month.

We set up our Wyoming entity primarily to serve clients across the United States. We can take on engagements with Canadian and Mexican clients on a case-by-case basis, subject to confirmation of any local regulatory or tax obligations. For larger Canadian work we partner with local specialists familiar with PIPEDA and provincial law.
