CREDITCORP is now a registered UK trade mark

The CREDITCORP figurative trade mark is registered. The UK Intellectual Property Office entered mark UK00004379570 on the register on 24 July 2026, under the Trade Marks Act 1994, with an effective filing date of 28 April 2026.

What the register records

  • Mark: CREDITCORP (figurative)
  • Number: UK00004379570
  • Proprietor: CM Beyer Limited (company 17009212)
  • Classes: 35, covering advertising, marketing and business administration, and 36, covering financial services, debt collection and recovery, credit management and consumer credit
  • Filed: 28 April 2026
  • Entered on the register: 24 July 2026

Two marks on the register

CREDITCORP — spelled with a “t” — is a different mark from the earlier CrediCorp registration UK00004156742, which Credicorp Limited holds in Classes 36 and 45. CM Beyer Limited and Credicorp Limited signed a mutual coexistence, consent and licensing agreement on 30 April 2026, and both marks now sit on the UK register.

What registration does not do

A registered trade mark protects a brand name and logo. It does not move a lending business, a customer contract or an asset. Credicorp Limited lends to UK limited companies at credicorp.co.uk, and a customer’s agreement stays with the company named in it.
