One year ago today, on 21 November 2024, Credicorp Limited opened for business. Twelve months on, this feels like a milestone worth marking.
When we started, we set out to be a lender that understands the business first — that looks beyond a credit score alone, lends responsibly, and explains things plainly. Those commitments have not changed, and they will not.

Our first year would not have been possible without the customers who chose us, and who took the time to tell us what worked and what did not. That feedback has shaped our Support Articles, our forms and the way we communicate. We are grateful for it.
The year ahead
Into our second year, our priorities are steady: lend responsibly, support customers who are finding things difficult, and keep improving the everyday experience of dealing with us. We will share our specific plans in the new year.
